Extreme focus on speed to market and getting Products and Services in the hands of customer and passion to transform healthcare is key to the success of this role.Job Summary:The GenAI IT Product Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap focused on GenAI capabilities, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch products, and managing their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in IT product management with a focus on GenAI and deep learning technologies, and excellent analytical skills. The position is full-time with occasional travel. Industry/domain experience in healthcare IT systems is preferred.Job Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the overall product vision and strategy for GenAI-focused IT solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and users.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term objectives, timelines, and milestones for GenAI-based IT products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product development decisions and ensure the GenAI solutions meet user needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, design, QA, and support, to plan, develop, and launch GenAI-focused products in alignment with the product roadmap and within specified timeframes and budgets.
• Develop and maintain clear product requirements and documentation for GenAI initiatives and ensure the end-to-end product delivery process is efficient and agile.
• Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch and make data-driven decisions to refine and optimize product features and functionalities related to GenAI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business units and global teams to drive GenAI product innovation and achieve strategic business objectives.
• Define and track product success metrics, KPIs, and ROI for GenAI solutions and provide regular product performance updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage the GenAI product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.

Specific Skills / Technology Proficiencies:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
• Business Management Acumen with flexibility to work across multiple functions and focus on GenAI technologies.
• Experience in implementing enterprise systems in production setting for AI, computer vision, natural language processing. Exposure to self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
• Experience in Jira, Confluence is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Market Understanding, able to visualize market potential, marketing, and sales aspects for GenAI product space.
• Product Management expertise with a focus on GenAI and deep learning technologies.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps processes.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in AI technologies and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud services like AWS Sagemaker and Azure ML.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed trade-offs and prioritize GenAI-related features and initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse and globally distributed teams.
• Current certification in GenAI product management or a strong track record of professional development in the field is preferred.

Years of Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on AI / GenAI, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.

Working Hours / Location:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India.

Industry / Domain Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT product management, focusing on GenAI and deep learning technologies, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related domain.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare IT systems, regulations, and best practices, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), telemedicine, and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience managing GenAI IT products in a global setting, including working with multicultural teams and navigating complex business environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful GenAI IT products, evidenced by improved user satisfaction, system performance, and ROI.
