Job Overview

Budge Budge Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Mobile Application Implementation Coordinator to facilitate the successful implementation of a new mobile application for various business processes. This position will serve as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and the external vendor team, ensuring that all requirements are accurately communicated, timelines are adhered to, and the application is implemented according to business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of mobile application technology and its integration with business processes.

•Key Responsibilities: •
Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Budge Budge Company and the external vendor team to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments to gather business requirements, ensure they are well-documented, and translate them into technical specifications for the vendor team.

Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are properly allocated, and any risks are identified and mitigated early.

Stakeholder Management: Regularly update internal teams on project progress, key milestones, challenges, and solutions to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.

SAP Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP modules based on business needs, including module-specific customizations (e.g., MM, SD, FICO). Collaborate with functional teams to design solutions within SAP.

Application Testing & Validation: Oversee and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure that the mobile application functions according to business requirements and that any bugs or issues are identified and resolved prior to deployment.

Data Integration & Process Mapping: Ensure seamless integration of the mobile application with existing systems and business processes within the company.

Documentation & Training: Prepare detailed documentation on the application's features, functionalities, and processes, and facilitate training sessions for internal teams post-deployment.

Issue Resolution & Support: Monitor the implementation process for any potential issues or bottlenecks, providing prompt resolution and support to ensure project success.

Post-Implementation Support: Collaborate with the vendor for post-launch technical support, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably involving mobile applications, SAP.

Proven experience working with external vendors or partners in a coordination role.

Skills & Competencies.

Project Management: Strong skills in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Technical Understanding: A good grasp of mobile application development processes, including UI/UX, APIs, and data integration, to effectively communicate with the vendor team and internal stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential challenges and provide proactive solutions.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing important deadlines.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to reviewing vendor deliverables, testing applications, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
