Job Title - Project Coordinator

Experience Required - min. 2yr exp in the Industry

Location - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)

Working Days- 5 (Monday- Friday)

Shift Timings - US Shift (6:00pm to 3:30am IST, Day light savings 7:00pm-4:30am IST)

Role & Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of the person will be coordination for multiple projects with internal teams and external IT resources.
• Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team and all levels of management.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation and reports.
• Handling configurations and monitoring of various software and hardware like cisco, phones, WebEx, anydesk, TeamViewer, zoom and many more.
• Handles broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences. Creates a forum and format for ongoing open communication within functional area or among departments.
