A professional Project Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. Projects will span across a broad range from ideation, evaluation to implementation of new software systems, scale up for product launches, integration of acquisitions, system upgrades, facility expansions. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Perform audits and oversee project/program governance.
  • Ensure effective communication methods/mediums.
  • Manage coordination of the working groups engaged in project work.
  • Monitor project progress and performance.
  • Provide status reports to the project sponsor and steering committee.
  • Work with project owners to ensure business needs are met.
  • Work with the team facilitating meetings, assisting in tasks, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to the Project Management methodology.

Qualifications


  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Experienced in documentation management and time management.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Process-oriented.
  • Minimum bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in project management (PMP) is desired.
