Experience - 10 yrs
Manage and improve Data Integration services over complete lifecycle
Secure harmonized software development processes and tools and ensures the appropriate usage within the development environment.
Review and verify compliance with central and derived system specific development guidelines and conventions.
Drive consistent system specific guidelines for the software development and system operations landscape, including deployment rules and procedures and in alignment with central guidelines (e.g., development handbook, programming and coding standards, technical documentation, naming conventions ...).
Consult the solution and product team regarding technical software development topics (e.g., landscape, deployment, change management).
Create prerequisites and set up environment for regular quality checks (e.g., code reviews, technical documentation, deployment quality).
Provide technical coordination within system upgrade activities.
Ramp up and collaborate closely with the IT Development Lead and Operational Lead functions of the product team.
Required knowledge

Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to combine technical and business view
• Ability to develop deep understanding of how the IT Product/Service supports customer processes and how it fits into CI\'s IT Product/Service portfolio
• Deep technical understanding of owned IT Product/Service
• Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision)
