Location : Rajkot AND Ahmedabad Job Timing : 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM (5 working days) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Production Manager to join our hosting company. As the IT Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our hosting infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery to our clients. You will lead a team of technical professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our IT production environment. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of technical professionals responsible for the operation and maintenance of our hosting infrastructure. - Develop and implement IT production strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery. - Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of our hosting environment, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, network, and security teams, to ensure smooth operation and integration of systems and applications. - Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and support as needed. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, evaluating and selecting the most suitable solutions for our hosting environment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hosting and IT operations. - Manage IT production budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and reliability. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the IT production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. - Proven experience of 1 year in IT production management. -Strong knowledge of hosting infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, virtualization, and related technologies. - Experience with monitoring and performance management tools to ensure optimal system performance and availability. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
