Job Description


:Role/Job Title: IT Procurement ManagerFunction/Department: Information TechnologyRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate end-to-end P2P vendor lifecycle process across PO operation, Payment operations, audit observation closure, Process automation drive, KPI reporting, team management, stakeholder management as key deliverables, governance, and performance review as per the Tech procurement policy.
  • Ability to drive & implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve process, automate process KPI reporting dashboards.
  • Must have team handling experience with minimum 10+ resources.
  • Good knowledge of Banking sector Procurement processes
  • Maintain vendor payments MIS/ Dashboard
  • Good understanding of PO operations and Invoice processing to Payment cycle
  • Good and effective communication skill for Coordination with vendors and accounts payable team for payment follow-up
  • Catering and reporting requirement from senior management
  • Working closely on collecting No Due certificates from all IT vendors by closing outstanding quarterly.
  • Daily MIS of IT PO and Payments operations
  • Closely monitoring Day to Day operations of IT PO & Payments team members and update daily report to Management.
  • Coordination with accounts payable team for delayed payments
  • Coordination with internal stakeholder for delayed approval
  • Follow up with finance team for timely payments to the vendors.
  • Managing and tracking IT related invoices and dashboards
  • Vendor coordination on NDC / BCL
  • Daily and Weekly dashboard on pending item including all types of invoices like, pending with finance, pending with approval, pending due to any issues.
  • Multitasking with strong management skill and time management
  • Fair knowledge of GST, TAX and Provisioning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem Solving and Decision making.
  • Familiar with Accounting and Banking Software\'s.
  • Comfortable in connecting with High-level Executives and Officials
  • Develop and manage relationships with all IT vendors.
  • Bundling to evaluate if existing vendors provide new additional services.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
