We are currently building our team and now searching for IT Operation Quality Control Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% Remote During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance. Your daily tasks:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for IT operations to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to identify performance, reliability, or security issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, procedures, and findings.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct performance testing of IT systems and applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement performance enhancements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on IT systems, configurations, and deployments to ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in IT operations and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies with the IT Team.
- Provide training and education to IT teams on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, quality control, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
- Experience with quality control processes, procedures, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
