• Configure and manage cloud Firewalls.
• Creating and implementing Firewall policies.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications - Mac, Linux.

• Provide clear and concise technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to deliver excellent customer service.
• Hands-on experience with building and maintaining ITSM, ITAM, MDM, Antivirus.

• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Keep documentation up-to-date to ensure accurate and efficient system management.
• Work closely with other IT team members and departments to understand and address IT needs.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to fulfill compliance requirements as and when required, supporting the Audit part.
• Proficient in IT-Onboarding/Offboarding procedures.
• Proficient in managing the G-suite admin console

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working with firewall and MacOS is mandatory
• Working with enterprise Antivirus is mandatory
• Working experience with G Suit and JumpCloud is a plus
• Working with Palo Alto firewall is a plus
• Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Experience in collaborating with vendors and procuring hardware/software solutions.
• ITIL Foundation
• Exceptional Written and verbal soft Skills
