IT Operations Engineer A Senior IT Operations Engineer helps each employee at Pluralsight realize their potential with the technology available. On a day-to-day basis, a Senior IT Operations Engineer will deploy a new OS version to run new vendor hardware enrollment or a myriad of things between the two. A Senior IT Operations Engineer will also provide mentoring and training to IT Helpdesk, IT Service Engineers, and new Team Members. What You\'ll Own IT Service Management using ServiceNow, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and or SecOps Modules Everyday maintenance and upkeep for ServiceNow Platform, ITSM and Service Catalog Lead and Strengthen Integration with industry application like Okta, ServiceNow, Productiv, Workday and others. Providing Input into process improvements and procedures to make the Operations Team more efficient Training of new and less experienced team members Experience You\'ll Need 5+ Years Design, deploy, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and or SecOps Modules Service Catalog / Workflow design Scripting capabilities Solid understanding of various software development cycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall,etc.); knowledge of requirements management, configuration management methodologies, along with corresponding support tools, i.e., JIRA, etc. Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables Ability to maintain project plans, resourcing schedules and forecasted activities Experience with business process mapping and the use of project management software Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries BA/BS Degree education preferred Working at Pluralsight Founded in 2004 and trusted by Fortune 500 companies, Pluralsight is the technology skills platform organizations and individuals in 150+ countries count on to create progress for the world.
