THE ROLE - Trainee (Entry Level) Fluency in English is a must. Good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client. Enthusiastic and inclined towards learning. Must have good documentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in emails. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing team-oriented environment. Any business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes is preferred. Any SuccessFactors experience or certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
