Enforce the Atlas Copco Vacuum Technique Business Area (VTBA) IT Policy
Adhere to defined operational processes and agreed SLAs & KPIs
Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the applications and infrastructure within the environment and how they impact employees or members.
Stay informed of production changes that could affect functionality and alerting.
Contribute in ensuring that VTBA infrastructure is up and running for the business. In case of issues, help in reporting and resolving them at the earliest
Infrastructure Operation
Perform monitoring of all managed infrastructure and services using provided tools and perform actions based on predefined instructions
Troubleshoot alerts as per SOP
Escalate issues to correct Infrastructure team if Incident can not be resolved with the help of available SOPs
Co-ordinate with vendor for various services and hardware
Monitor different backups, troubleshoot failures as per SOP and ensure all backups are completed
Perform restore testing
Align with Change management process
Work as Major incident manager in case of major incident impacting VTBA
IT Security
Ensure security best practices and standards are adhered to within the VT BA environment
Ensure that users VT BA are following the agreed \xe2\x80\x9eUse Policy \xe2\x80\x9c
Inform IT security officer and Head of IT about security breaches
Ensure the IT security incident process is adhered to
Quality
Support the continuous improvement process of the IT
Improve the environment developing own ideas to optimize and quality and support processes
Develop and maintain VT BA\'s environment documentation and solutions/knowledge database.
General operations
Monitoring of alerts , applications and dashboards along with first level troubleshooting
User access management
SAP user management
Office 365 administration
Document all problems and issues encountered during the shift by using provided tools and prepare shift handover document.

Perform and support central IT projects

What we expect of you?
3+ years experience working in IT operations team (NOC, SOC, Infra monitoring etc.) and troubleshooting networking, service desk, operations center and/or supporting large environments.
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic analysis and troubleshooting of network, applications, systems, and devices.
Ability to work independently in an intense and dynamic work environment and as a team player shows initiative and has a strong desire to share knowledge with others.
2+ years experience with ITIL processes including: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Event Management.
Excellent written and oral communications, including technical writing, phone etiquette, and customer service skills
Able to communicate technical jargon to those that are not technical in a way that is understandable.
Personal Computer hardware and software - communications protocols, problem diagnostics and repair, deployment.
Knowledge in using monitoring tools like Nagios XI
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Installations and troubleshooting)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (Add, Delete, Change)
Good knowledge of Desktop client security - anti-virus and OS patch management.
Good knowledge of Peripheral support (printers and scanners).
Good knowledge of Windows platform server architecture configuration and administration.
Good Understanding of server backup strategies and software (Backupexec and Veeam)
Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24X7X365 environment. Shifts may fluctuate to meet business and staffing needs.
Process-oriented; understands the organizational benefits of processes and the need for compliance.
Suggest or implement improvements to team processes and procedures.
Mentor or train coworkers on new procedures
