Job Title: IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 3, Noida (Nearest Metro Station: Sector 16)

Salary: ?20,000 (?22,000 for candidates with client-handling experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT & Non-IT Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment and should have prior experience in international voice process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Non-IT Recruitment:
• Source and screen candidates for international voice process roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.

IT Recruitment:

• Source and assess candidates for technical roles such as SAP Consultant, Dot Net Developer, and other IT profiles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Handle client interactions and provide updates on recruitment progress (if applicable).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
