• Ensure job postings are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.
Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments.
Candidate Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of candidate interactions.
Collaboration:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Provide guidance and training on recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and onboarding processes. o
Reporting and Analytics:
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. o Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
