Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative methods.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. o Job

Posting and Advertising:

• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Ensure job postings are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments.

Candidate Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of candidate interactions.

Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Provide guidance and training on recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and onboarding processes. o

Reporting and Analytics:

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. o Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Compliance:

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational policies.
• Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices.

Skills and Competencies:

? Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
