Job Description

Pay Scale: 240000 to 350000 Lacs per annum

We are seeking a skilled IT Networking and Facility Manager to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure and manage our facilities for ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems, providing technical support, and managing the physical environment of our facilities.

IT Networking:

• Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
• Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
• Manage server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ensure timely updates and patches for all network devices and software.
• Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

Facility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of the physical facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage space planning and allocation to accommodate business needs.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses.
• Implement and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Oversee facility cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT networking and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
