Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Strong knowledge of server administration, including virtualization, cloud services, and storage management.
Should have good grip on server maintenance and handling HP HP ProLiant DL360/ 380, Dell PowerEdge R340/ R640, Cisco UCS C220/ C240 M5.
G-suite, Office 365, MS Tools and all other office Software.
Team Training and Leadership: Manager to make sure that he trains his team and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. B.E/ B.Tech, MCA
Any add-on qualifications like CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) will be considered as an advantage.
Any experience with a software development team- PHP, Python will be an advantage.
Proven experience in IT management roles, with at least 5 years of experience as IT Manager.
Strong knowledge of server administration, including virtualization, cloud services, and storage management.
Experience with IT procurement processes, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of innovation and staying current with emerging technologies.
