We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software management, domain knowledge, network security, and IT systems administration. They should possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Skills: Proficient in managing and optimizing software applications across the organization.
• Outlook Skills: Experience in configuring and managing Outlook for email and communication needs.
• Tools Management: Ability to effectively utilize and manage IT tools and resources for operational efficiency.
• Domain Expertise: Understanding of the company's industry domain and IT requirements specific to it.
• Firewall Management: Implementing and maintaining firewall solutions to protect the organization's networks.
• Hosting Management: Overseeing web hosting services and ensuring uptime and performance.
• Research and Monitoring: Conducting research on emerging IT trends and technologies. Monitoring system performance and security.
• Auditing: Performing regular audits to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
• CRM Understanding: Basic understanding and management of CRM systems to support business operations.
• Security-Based Software: Familiarity with security software and tools to protect company data and systems.
• Router and Switcher Management: Managing and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic IT issues and incidents.
• Application Management: Ensuring applications are running smoothly and addressing any issues related to their functionality.
• Credentials Management: Managing user credentials and access control systems securely.
• Dynamic Asset Management: Handling dynamic changes in IT assets and ensuring proper management and utilization.
• IT Management: Overall management of the IT department, including team leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing IT infrastructure and operations effectively.
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
