Job Title: IT Manager Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in system administration to oversee our organization\'s IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to effectively manage our IT resources and support our business objectives. Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization\'s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services. Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects as needed to support business growth and technological advancements. System Administration: Lead a team of system administrators responsible for managing servers, databases, operating systems, and other IT systems. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalated support to resolve critical incidents in a timely manner. IT Operations: Manage IT service desk operations and ensure timely resolution of user support requests and technical issues. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to procure, deploy, and maintain IT hardware, software, and services. Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and asset management to streamline IT operations and improve service delivery. Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for professional growth. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the IT team in alignment with organizational goals. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business objectives and priorities. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage. Participate in IT governance processes to ensure alignment between IT investments and business strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Software Experience: ERP / SAP Implementation & Management E-Commerce Management (Magento / Shopify) CCTV Security / Surveillance system management Time Attendance & related management Building Management System Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management roles with a focus on system administration. Strong technical proficiency in system administration, networking, virtualization, and cloud. In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks, IT service management practices, and industry standards for security and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management. Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus.
