Responsibilities :\xef\x82\xa7 In-depth knowledge of core IT infrastructure: Networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
\xef\x82\xa7 IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in frameworks like ITIL , Incident, Request, and Change Management. for effective IT service delivery.
\xef\x82\xa7 Windows domain & Cloud Proficiency: Possess a Strong knowledge on Active directory, SCCM, AV, VM & Azure.
\xef\x82\xa7 Network Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of network concepts, protocols, and hands-on experience with network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
\xef\x82\xa7 Problem Solving skill: Diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
\xef\x82\xa7 Project management: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects effectively.
\xef\x82\xa7 Customer-centric: Understand customer needs and ensure high service levels for maximum satisfaction.
\xef\x82\xa7 Resource management: Allocate resources, including staff scheduling, to optimize IT goals.
\xef\x82\xa7 Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
