Job Description

Monitor Installing, maintaining repairing computer systems, printer and other hardware components at Head office and stores Procuring new computer hardware for the company Troubleshoot any hardware and software issues related to IT Answer phones, handle general inquiries related to I.T issues at the stores and office Recovery, reinstallation etc. of failed desktop, laptop computers and other hardware components Field visits at Stores for any Troubleshooting when required Maintaining required I.T. records and Data Backup for the company Manage Monitor internet connectivity at the office Stores Installing and configuring network equipment including routers, switches, WAN and LAN Ensure internet Bills are paid on time to network providers Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Monitor and manage functioning of all software components such as CRM for the company Creating user accounts. performing access control Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software Manage, monitor, recruit and provide training to IT staff Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Conducting regular system audits Identifying potential problems with existing systems and recommending improvements to existing I.T. processes Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure End-to-end payment gateway management of the Retail stores of the company Data Reconciliation for any payment gateway such as cashback data and payments offers etc. Work closely with Account managers for any troubleshooting related to payment gateways Researching new payment gateways options and products that could help the company achieve its goals Other duties responsibilities assigned from time to time. Eligibility GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE/PGDM / MBA with Minimum 2 year of relevant experience into IT Department.
