The company deals in Refurbished Laptops, Open Box Laptops, Brand New Laptops and desktops, and Brand Refurbished Laptops. Electronics Bazaar is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher that offers customized configuration per customer requirements. It is a multiband on the single roof company that provides a year warranty scheme. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Laptop Engineer (L2) located in in multiple locations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related issues, providing technical support for internal and external stakeholders. Provide support for laptop, desktops at user location Responsible for all aspects of installation / replacement of parts, installation of software and testing. Provides hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution on site for customers and end users. Identify, evaluate, & prioritize customer problems & complaints Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Information Technology Ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues Experience in providing technical support to stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Industry certifications in relevant fields such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft are preferred Experience in the refurbished IT industry or with eco-friendly disposal practices is a plus Locations: Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Ghaziabad / Noida, Guwahati, Jaipur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune , Raipur,Surat & Vishakhapatnam.
