• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful EDI integration solutions with existing systems.
• Represent Toll for external Integration requests as required.
• Work closely with relevant IT stakeholders to ensure the integration solutions align with infrastructure capabilities and security protocols.
• Foster a collaborative development environment, promoting innovation and adherence to best practices aligned with Tollxe2x80x99s current and future needs
• Establish a framework and relationships with operational teams to ensure the integration technology set meet requirements both technically and functionally
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring proper delegation of tasks, mentoring and performance monitoring to both internal customers and where appropriate, external customers and suppliers
• Define a strategic roadmap for system and application integration to support business goals.
• Support Post Implementation Reviews, improvement, standardization and quality assurance for integration design and development artefacts and deliverables.
• Assist to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, tools and processes aligned with Centre of Excellence and best practices in IT Integration Design and Development.
