We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer in IT & Software Engineering to join a reputed institution in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver lectures on IT & Software Engineering topics.
• Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide and mentor students to achieve academic excellence.
• Participate in curriculum development and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the subject.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
