This position is in the Enterprise Delivery Organization with the role aligning to the Implementation Services tower with primary expertise in IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide functional and technical expertise, knowledge, and support for Dow\'s IT infrastructure on projects. Projects typically include Joint Ventures, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Capital Investments.The IT Analyst has accountability for acting as a voice for business resources in details related to enabling new or changing infrastructure, work processes, or systems capabilities during implementation projects. They are responsible for collaborating with the IT Services teams designing and implementing new or changing infrastructure for project related activities.Primary Responsibilities:Engage and lead the infrastructure design for IT infrastructure related project, leveraging available work processes.Work with peers to define and manage infrastructure requirements.Provide consulting expertise on IT infrastructure related projects.Ensure successful technical/functional handoff of deliverables.Facilitate technology issue resolution across project teams.Lead and influence project team discussions, decisions, and direction for technology items.Design and Build standards, templates and procedures for IT infrastructure related projects.Act as main focal point for Partner Project Managers and Project Managers for the Infrastructure track of assigned projects.Establish and maintain a productive partnership with I/S\xe2\x80\x99s strategic vendors (e.g. IBM, Stefanini, etc.)General Responsibilities:Help manage cross-functional implementation issues and interdependencies for business process area of expertise.Participate on the development of the implementation approach, strategy and detailed plans.Participate on the development of cutover plans and approach.Gather input and develop the cutover check lists for a specific Information Technology Services & Employee Experience Services process area of expertise.Provide Post Implementation support following production implementations.Facilitate the closure of defects or act as a liaison for end users to gain closure for defect.Required Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Strong people and communications skills.Strong problem management and issue resolution skills.Relevant experience working with global teamsPreferred Qualifications:Integration support and development (Cloud Platforms, APIs, etc).Knowledge or experience of working with manufacturing or business facing organizationsNote: This position does not offer relocation assistance.Benefits \xe2\x80\x93 What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
