Should be Graduate (IT/ Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA with minimum 3 years of in scope solutions and minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 total experience in the field of IT implementation / support of related solutions Preference will be given to those who are certified in following certifications: \xe2\x97\x8f MCSA/MCSE/MCSE: Messaging \xe2\x97\x8f Microsoft Outlook Professional 2016/2019 PFB role & responsibilities, in addition to L1 responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Remote Software/Desktop troubleshooting \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for all unresolved L1 Level Tasks as well as managing escalation calls along with some basic part of server administration \xef\x82\xb7 Routine check-up of Servers, Networks, & initials level troubleshooting if any problem & escalate to Server admin for further action. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring on level 1 tasks & guide them whenever essential. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform Desktop Back up and restore activities \xef\x82\xb7 Testing network connectivity \xef\x82\xb7 Client level antivirus management \xef\x82\xb7 Support on windows networking \xef\x82\xb7 Documenting procedures and process for desktop, server end user management \xef\x82\xb7 Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills and need to work independently \xef\x82\xb7 Team coordination. Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Day range:
