Job Description
Position : HR Manager Location : Surat Experience : More than 6 months in IT HR role Job Roll : Full time work from office Only Female Candidates Needed Roles and Responsibilities :
- Development and implement HR strategies and initiatives that supported overall business objective
- Overall the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and searching interview and hiring qualified candidates
- manage relation issue conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with any charges in labor legislation.
- Administration employee benefit programs, including health insurgence retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
- Lock overall end to end recruitment
