We are seeking a motivated Helpdesk Support IT professional to join our IT team. As a fresher, you will assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with system installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, reset passwords, and provide basic IT guidance.
• Track and resolve technical issues through the ticketing system.
Qualifications:
• Freshers with a passion for IT and technology.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.
