Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network connectivity, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Document support requests and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various applications and tools.
• Collaborate with IT team to escalate complex issues as needed.
Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with help desk software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
