Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the companys computer systems, servers, network infrastructure and software applications.
Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure, Firewall (Specially in SOPHOS).

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Install and configure software applications and hardware devices.
Maintain hardware and software inventory and asset management.
Implement and enforce security protocols and preventative measures to safeguard company data against cyber threats and data breaches.
Create and manage user accounts and security permissions.
Backup and restore data and systems regularly.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices.
Lead ERP projects to upgrade or enhance the technology environment.

Key Areas:

Strong problem-solving skills
ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior exposure on any of the Global ERP such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle may add value on profile.
