IT Hardware Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for rental IT products by prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored rental solutions based on their IT needs (e.g., computers, servers, networking equipment, software).
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and rental agreements.
• Market Research:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest IT product trends and rental market demands.
• Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and overall performance.
• Analyze sales data to improve strategies and sales outcomes.
• Customer Support and After-Sales Service:
• Provide customer support and guidance regarding the rental process and product usage.
• Troubleshoot client issues and work closely with the technical support team to resolve problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up post-sale and gathering feedback.
• Contract and Documentation Management:
• Draft, review, and manage rental contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and create promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with the logistics and technical teams for smooth product delivery and setup.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, technology, or rentals.
• Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, and rental models.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,683.08 - ?40,969.08 per month
