Front office executive.
• Complete responsible for managing Reception which includes Visitor, Security, Registers,
Upkeep of reception, etc.
• Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees.
• Responsible for handling Admin Helpdesk & recording the complaints /request and update the
tracker/reports on regularly.
• Ensure admin helpdesk calls are received and informed to the respective supervisors & follow-
up in closing the same as per SLA and communicate back to the employees.
• Responsible for up keeping the front office/reception areas in coordination with security & HK.
• Responsible to handle PA system announcement as per instructions.
• Maintaining Visitor tracker & reporting the same timely.
• Coordination of Client visits and handling specific leadership requirements.
• Coordination with HR team for recruitment process
• Leadership Guests management
• Guest relations and guide
• Conference & Meeting Room readiness
• Responsible in up keeping HK aspects of Ladies washrooms, Wellness center, Dormitory.
• Responsible of VMS system and ensure to have the system working normal and consumables
are available at all the time.
• Responsible to keep an inventory of ID cards, Lanyards, ID cards holders, Visitor cards etc.
• Provide assistance in general administrative activities & specific event handling.
• Responsible to update Facilities daily reports & ensure to send the same timely.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
