It Field Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and set up hardware and software systems at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Document all service activities, including installation reports, maintenance records, and issue resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
Experience:
• System service: 3 years (Preferred)
