Position: IT Field Sales Representative (ERP Solutions)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Field Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our ERP software products.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for ERP solutions through market research and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our ERP software.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address client requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in ERP solutions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our ERP products and services.
• Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, specifically in selling ERP solutions or other enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and pipeline.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in sales within the IT or software industry.
• Knowledge of current ERP market trends and competitive landscape.
