We are looking for IT Executive for our Client Organization

Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Experience: 2 years

Skill: Linux, System/network and hardware, Dialer

Working Day: Monday - Saturday

Shift Timing: 8 PM - 5 AM & 10 am - 7pm

Salary: 20,000/- - 25,000/-

Roles and Responsibility:

? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's information technology and computer systems.

? Manage and administer Linux-based systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

? Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of Linux servers and associated infrastructure.

? Ensure that systems are running efficiently and effectively to support business operations.

? Administer and maintain dialer systems used for telecommunication purposes.

? Configure and optimize dialer settings to enhance productivity and efficiency.

? Troubleshoot dialer issues and provide timely resolutions.

? Control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations to meet organizational objectives.

? Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

? Ensure the security of data through the implementation of robust security measures.

? Manage network access controls to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.

? Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime.

? Identify potential problems with existing systems through proactive monitoring and analysis.

? Identifying potential problems with existing systems and recommending improvements to existing processes

? Reviewing the company's current systems and recommending changes to management

? Exhibit the ability to make informed decisions on technology investments and implementations.

? Utilize information analysis to provide valuable insights for strategic business planning.

Requirements and skills:

? Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

? Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

? Knowledgeable about network protocols and their application in different environments.

? Maintain detailed documentation of network installations for reference and future troubleshooting
