• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
• Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
• Respond to IT-related issues and requests.
• Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve hotel operations.
• Establish best practices for IT security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff.
• Participate in continual professional development.
• Proven experience in IT management
• In-depth knowledge of various computer systems, applications, and network security
