Job location : Mumbai
Technical Support:
Provide support to end-users regarding desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to and log support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Resolve technical issues related to operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security tools.
Set up new desktop hardware, including computers, printers, and peripherals.Perform routine maintenance, such as software updates and system patches.Assist with creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts and access issues (Active Directory, password resets).
Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and ticket status in the IT service management (ITSM) tool.
Document common issues and solutions for knowledge base.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams (L2/L3) and assist with the transition of tickets as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and providing timely updates to end-users.Follow IT security protocols and organizational policies while handling technical issues, including virus protection, encryption, and user permissions.
