Key Responsibilities -
Operating System Installation & Configuration : Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) for employees as needed.
- Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization. Provide technical support to end users and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Networking : Assist in managing internal networking, including configuring network settings and resolving connectivity issues.
- Software Installations & Configuration : Install aand configure various software applications as required by the staff. Ensure that all software is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Hardware Knowledge : Possess a strong understanding of computer hardware, including assembling, upgrading, and repairing hardware components like desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- IT Support : Respond to daily IT requests and queries from staff, ensuring efficient resolution of any IT-related issues.
- Day-to-Day IT Operations : Ensure that all IT-related tasks, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting, are carried out to keep systems running smoothly.
- Documentation : Maintain records of software licenses, hardware assets, and IT-related incidents for auditing and tracking purposes.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met efficiently and provide technical training to non-technical staff if necessary.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
