Job Title: IT Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in supporting technology infrastructure and systems within a real estate or similar industry. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT operations, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Management:
Oversee daily IT operations, including the management of hardware, software, and network systems. Ensure all technology systems and applications run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Technical Support:
Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
3. System Implementation:
Manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of new technology solutions that enhance business processes and operations.
4. Cybersecurity:
Ensure robust security measures are in place to protect company data and systems from cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
5. Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions. Evaluate and recommend technology purchases and upgrades.
6. Project Management:
Lead and participate in IT-related projects, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and technology rollouts. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Data Management:
Oversee the management and backup of company data. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their use of technology and promote best practices.
9. Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of IT strategy aligned with the company's goals. Identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
Experience with real estate management software and systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
