Job Description
• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Resolve IT-related problems efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• System Maintenance:
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• User Management:
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Support employees in understanding and using IT resources effectively.
• Network Administration:
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
• Ensure stable and secure internet and intranet connections.
