Job Description



• Technical Support: Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal users.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems with operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on IT systems and software.
• Network Management: Assist with managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• User Support: Respond to support tickets and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Security: Monitor and enforce security policies to protect company data and systems.
• Training: Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
• Hardware Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, such as computers and peripherals.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT team members to implement and improve IT solutions and processes.
