• Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of server management, Microsoft software, and Impact/Vista. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and assisting with the implementation of new IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Management:
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers.
• Monitor server performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Perform regular backups and recovery procedures.
• Microsoft Software:
• Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft applications.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Ensure proper licensing and compliance of Microsoft software.
• Impact/Vista:
• Provide basic support and troubleshooting for Impact/Vista software.
• Assist users in navigating and utilizing the software effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors for software updates and issue resolution.
• Technical Support:
• Respond to IT support requests from staff and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage IT assets.
• IT Infrastructure:
• Assist in network setup and maintenance, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and security measures.
• Support the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role.
• Basic knowledge of server management and Microsoft software.
• Familiarity with Impact/Vista software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of networking principles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
