Aytis Cloud Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Manager to oversee the technical operations at Mithila Haat, Madhubani. The ideal candidate will have a background in B.Tech/B.E. or a Computer Diploma, with the ability to manage website responses, handle online inquiries, follow up with clients, manage room bookings, and address customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Mithila Haat website, ensuring it is responsive and up-to-date.
• Handle online inquiries and follow up with customers promptly.
• Oversee room bookings and ensure the booking process is seamless.
• Collect and address customer feedback to improve services.
• Monitor and maintain backend software applications.
• Provide technical support to staff and customers as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance IT infrastructure and implement new technologies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a diploma in Computer Science/IT.
• Proven experience in website management and backend software applications.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
