Shish Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Executive to join our team.

Keys & Responsibilities

:

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.

PC Setup:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Desktop Support:

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.

Network Management:

Set up, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

System Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.

Security:

Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure and sensitive data.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of system configurations, setups, and troubleshooting steps.

Training:

Provide training and support to users to help them understand and utilize IT resources effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and network engineering or a related role.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Experience with PC setup and configuration. Strong knowledge of networking principles and network device configuration. Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux). Understanding of network security practices and tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
