Job Description

Manage Windows server and roles - Active directory, DNS, DHCP WSUS, etc. Manage the Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V) Installation configuration troubleshooting. Knowledge of firewall (Sophos) configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Having knowledge of networking, including wireless devices, switches, firewalls, VLAN and VPN. Monitoring the IT infra servers and networking devices using monitoring tools. Knowledge of SIEM tools with log monitoring and analysis. Understanding IT security to protect the organization's IT infrastructure. Having good communication and team coordination skills. Manage the backup and restoration process of data and devices. Understanding of mobile device security and management using MDM tools.
