Job Summary:
The IT Implementation Executive is responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and customization of software and hardware solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of IT solutions according to client requirements and project timelines. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management team to create implementation plans, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• System Configuration: Customize and configure software solutions to meet client-specific requirements, conducting initial tests and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact during implementation, providing regular updates, managing client expectations, and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Training & Support: Provide on-site and remote training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are comfortable using new systems. Offer ongoing support to address any initial issues or questions.
• Data Migration: Coordinate and assist with the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of implemented solutions to identify and resolve any potential issues before final deployment. Ensure solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including user manuals, system setup guides, and configuration records, to support clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation, coordinating with other IT specialists when necessary.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-deployment support, assisting clients with any technical issues and gathering feedback to improve future implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and collaborate with development and product teams to suggest improvements to existing systems and solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
