Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Configuring, deploying, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
• Monitoring server performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Setting up and managing network configurations, including IP addressing and subnetting.
• Ensuring proper connectivity between servers and other network devices.
• Configuring and maintaining firewalls to protect networks from unauthorized access and threats.
• Implementing rules and policies for traffic management and security.
• Establishing security measures for servers and firewalls, including encryption, authentication, and access controls.
• Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Developing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans for servers.
• Regularly testing recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Analyzing server performance metrics and making adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Implementing load balancing and failover strategies.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation on server configurations, firewall rules, and network architecture.
• Managing user permissions and access controls to ensure secure access to servers and applications.
• Working closely with network engineers, security teams, and other IT professionals to enhance overall system performance and security.
• Staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices related to server management and firewall configurations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
