Dear Candidate,
We have an opportunity for IT Executive at Connectwell Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Dombivali
Qualification: B.Sc IT/ B. Tech / BE along with Diploma in Hardware and Networking
:
1. Install, configure and maintain desktop/ laptop/ printer/ scanner/ router system including hardware, software and peripherals.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop/ laptop/ printer/ scanner/ router system related issues, both remotely and On-site.
3. Antivirus client installation definition update, exclusion and monitor console
4. O365 office installation, outlook configuration in mobile, multi- authentication configuration, Archive mailbox
5. Network troubleshooting, crimping and outing cat6 cables
6. Active Directory user creation, password reset, DNS Entry
7. Firewell-IP NAT, Routing, acess rule, DHCP pool
8. Document technical procedure and solutions for future reference
9. Handling inventory
10. CCTV/ EPABX/ Biometric device troubleshooting
