We need an Information Technology expert to serve as our in-house IT Specialist in a long-term position. The IT professional should be competent in:

Hardware and software configuration \xe2\x80\x93 IT specialist need a great deal of knowledge about hardware and software configuration for servers, networks, computers, and peripherals.
Microsoft O365 - License management with the knowledge of Microsoft Admin Portal (email forwarding, rename email id, Spam policy). MFA (multi-factor authentication) knowledge is a must.
Information security \xe2\x80\x93 this role requires extensive familiarity with information security practices and procedures to protect organization data from intrusion or corruption
Problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\x93 IT specialist should be able to troubleshoot networks, computers, and devices, so they have to be excellent, creative and technical problem-solvers
Communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 effective written and verbal communication skills are vital in this role.
