We are proudly part of Japan Post xe2x80x94About Toll Global LogisticsGlobal Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.The roleWe are looking for an experienced IT Executive to join our organization based in Bhiwandi.Responsible for effective delivering and supporting of IT services in infrastructure and application that is appropriate to the business and operational requirements, ensuring the service level and operational level meet corporate standards.This person will use their subject matter expertise to provide xe2x80x9chands-onxe2x80x9d help to local resources within the processes and guidelines of the SCSIT group.Enforce IT policies/procedures with respect to corporate IT policy and direction.To understand & document all new operational & BU requirementsResponsible for documenting procedures and processes for IT projects and policies.Manager the day to day admin related activities and also support the team in daily operations or any other business requirementAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will need:Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.2 - 3 years of relevant experience in supporting end-users environment in IT, supply chain, transportation or logistics domain.Excellent English communication skills (interpersonal and written) and an open demeanor.Pro-active, dedicated, committed and responsible with strong customer orientation.Local language skills are deemed to be essential with good understanding of local customs and practice.The person must be able to resist local pressures to xe2x80x9cbend the rulesxe2x80x9d and follow the IT processes and policies.Experience in Software & SAP applications will be an added advantage.Good knowledge of networking, servers and vendor management will be an added advantage.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
