Job Description

Role OverviewAs a UiPath Developer, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining our automation solutions, contributing to operational efficiency and high-quality outputs across various enterprise platforms. You will leverage your expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Test Automation to automate critical business processes and optimize test cycles. You will collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to develop robust, scalable automation solutions. This role requires at least 3-5 years of experience in RPA, with a strong foundation in UiPath and Test Automation, as well as familiarity with Azure DevOps.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Test Automation/Test Suite Solutions:

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Test Suite, including UI Automation Testing, API Testing, Data-Driven Testing, Cross-Browser Testing, end-to-end testing, and Regression Testing.
• Manage test cases and assets using UiPath Test Manager.
• Create and execute automated test cases in UiPath StudioPro, ensuring deployment and execution via UiPath Orchestrator.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD processes for high-quality deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Implement best practices for test automation, including modular frameworks, code reuse, and maintainability.
• Develop automation tests for platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, and e-commerce websites.

Develop RPA Solutions:

• Design and develop UiPath RPA solutions to automate complex processes, enhancing operational agility.
• Utilize Process Mining to optimize automation opportunities.
• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for efficient data management.
• Integrate AI and machine learning into RPA workflows to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive Test Automation frameworks focusing on UI, API, and Data-Driven Testing.
• Ensure solutions are compliant, auditable, cost-efficient, and scalable.
• Provide insights into RPA performance using UiPath analytics and reporting.

Azure DevOps Integration:

• Familiarize with Azure DevOps for managing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployment processes.
• Set up and maintain Git repositories in Azure DevOps for version control and collaborative development.
• Connect UiPath Orchestrator to Azure DevOps projects to enable seamless execution of automation tasks and test cases.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of RPA solutions.
• Implement service connections and pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated deployment and testing of UiPath projects.

Process Improvement and Management:

• Conduct Code Reviews and Quality Checks to ensure high standards.
• Participate in Pre-UAT Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters in sprint backlog grooming and refinement.
• Contribute to process re-engineering efforts to optimize and improve processes.

Compliance, Auditability, and Documentation:

• Ensure solutions adhere to compliance and auditability standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to Process Definition Documents and Solution Design Document.
• Support run handoff for hypercare, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• RPA and Test Automation Experience: 3-5 years in RPA and Test Automation with a focus on UiPath.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in UiPath Studio, StudioPro, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Test Automation Skills: Experience with various testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Azure DevOps Familiarity: Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, pipeline management, and version control.
• Enterprise Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Oracle.
• Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred UiPath certifications include:

• Automation Developer Associate
• Test Automation Engineer Professional
• Specialized AI Associate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
